After joining the ABS-CBN reality show “Pinoy Big Brother Lucky 7” with co-housemates Maymay Entrata and Edward Barber (MayWard), 17-year-old Kristine Hammond comes back to the spotlight now as a beauty queen.
Her recent Instagram posts shows her at the midst of her newfound career in beauty pageants.
She also posted a photo of her wearing six sashes, awards that she bagged from competing in Miss Nation Queen Philippines. She won Miss Nation Queen NCR, Best in Gown, Miss Dream Girl of the Nation, Miss Fashion Girl of the Nation, Miss Worker Heroes of the Nation and last but not the least, Best in National Costume first runner-up.
She was well-known as the “Yakult Girl” of PBB after a photo of her selling Yakult at a public market emerged and immediately went viral on the internet prior to her initiation to the hit reality show.
Her PBB experience was short lived, lasting for 55 days inside the house as she was evicted by week 11. Nevertheless, Hammond seems to enjoy her new life as a beauty queen.
“I really love trying new things. I guess joining pageants is one thing that I will truly enjoy,” she wrote in one of her posts.
