Still taking the lead as the most watched program in the country is weekday’s top contender “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano,” which scored an average national TV rating of 38.2%.
Filipinos witnessed how Cardo (Coco Martin) ended the first chapter of his long journey to avenge the death of his twin brother Ador, when he finally killed Joaquin (Arjo Atayde) in a very intense brawl. As it opens its second chapter, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” still promises its viewers action-packed scenes every night that promotes values and crime awareness to viewers.
Weekend’s top-rating talent reality show “The Voice Teens” (34.7%), meanwhile, landed on second spot as it continues to showcase the talents and fulfill the dreams of young Filipinos, followed by the inspiring stories of letter senders in “MMK” (31.8%) and the magical, values-laden stories for children in “Wansapanataym” (31.7%).
“TV Patrol” is the country’s most watched newscast as it recorded an average national TV rating of 30.3%, compared to its rival program “24 Oras” that only got 19.5%.
Primetime’s hit drama “My Dear Heart” also made it to the top ten and scored a national TV rating of 26.9%. Since it aired in January, the show has been inspiring and touching the hearts of viewers. In its upcoming finale, will Heart finally say goodbye and leave her family behind?
“Wildflower,” on the other hand, continues to enjoy increasing viewership as it hit a national TV rating of 22.5% just as when it was about to open its second season. Ivy (Maja Salvador) still remains committed to free Poblacion Ardiente from the cruel hands of the Ardiente family and let justice prevail over the whole town.
“Home Sweetie Home” (23.1%), topbilled by John Lloyd Cruz and Toni Gonzaga, is the only sitcom in the top ten list of most watched programs in the country. The show tells the story of Romeo and Julie and how they tackle problems of newly married couples and how they are addressing the needs of their growing household.
