“La Luna Sangre” stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo are excited for their fans to see them in the hit fantaserye.
The power love team might be doing well on terms of making their fans feel the kilig, but the King and Queen of Hearts are set to make KathNiels thrilled as they will be showcasing their action skills next week.
On their interview in morning show “Umagang Kay Ganda”, the two admitted the fight scenes are somewhat difficult yet interesting because the fantaserye’s genre is new to them.
Kathryn said, “Usually kapag may stunts, tinuturo sa amin sa day na iyon kung ano ‘yung choreography.
“Siguro naging challenge ‘yung madetalye kasi siya. Mas okay na hindi mabilis pero tama ‘yung form. ‘Yun ang medyo mahirap gawin. Nae-enjoy naman namin kahit mahirap kaya okay naman.”
Meanwhile, Daniel made the audience swooning when he said he is ready to do more difficult scenes with Kathryn.
He then talked about Richard Gutierrez who recently transferred to ABS-CBN and is now a part of “La Luna Sangre”.
“Hindi pa po namin siya nakakasama sa eksena talaga pero kapag may mga guesting po kami, napakabait po niyang tao. Nakakatawa. Masayang masaya kami na kasama namin siya sa show. Excited na din po kami makaeksena siya,” said Daniel.
Kathryn also stated that the series is different from “Lobo” and “Imortal”. She stressed that while the two previous series were darker, “La Luna Sangre” has a lighter vibe and will feature some comedic yet romantic scenes.
Kathryn emphasized, “Ang pinagkaiba this time, dahil sa timeslot and feeling namin ‘yung mga tao, hindi naman puwedeng masydong dark, binalance po siya with romantic-comedy. Nandoon pa rin ang lightness.”
“La Luna Sangre” debuted strongly in nationwide based on the data provided by both Kantar Media and AGB Nielsen. The pilot episode got a rating of 33.9% compared to “My Love from the Star’s” 13.8% according to Kantar Media, and a rating of 11.5% versus rival’s 8.7% based on AGB Nielsen’s NUTAM People’s Ratings.
