Netizens are gushing over two of today’s most-talked-about leading men Daniel Padilla of Kapamilya and Derrick Monasterio of Kapuso.
Daniel is currently up for fantaserye “La Luna Sangre” which will air on June 19. He would be starring with rumored girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo, who will play the role of a vampire.
He, on the other hand, will portray the role of a jeepney driver and a warrior. His behind-the-scenes photos are going all over the internet.
He’s seen wearing a blue polo shirt and ripped jeans.
KathNiel fans are drooling over the young actor. I couldn’t disagree. It’s not every day you ride a jeepney with a driver looking good as this, right?
Meanwhile, Kapuso star Derrick Monasterio will not miss out on the jeepney driver game.
He is currently working for the network’s fantasy-comedy series “Tsuperhero” with Bea Binene, who will play as his jeepney’s barker.
There were also photos of their taping surfacing in social media where Derrick was seen holding the steering wheel.
Bea looked like she really had a good time beside her “Tsuperhero” as they rode through Manila. It is indeed a comfort to be in the passenger seat while someone like Derrick takes control of the trip.
Conclusions…
Both are equally charming in the driver’s seat. However, there is one who stood out in terms of being in-character.
Daniel’s outfit showed the actual uniform of most drivers in the country. He even had a white towel around him to battle with the Philippine heat. He looked hotter with the red highlights in his hair, it made him more bad-ass and fit to his role.
Derrick looked casual and at first look, he didn’t strike me as a public vehicle driver. He looked more of an Uber driver than a jeepney driver. Also, he doesn’t have the attitude Daniel brings along.
Anyways! I think the two will give their fans a good ride once they get to see them on TV.
