- Everyone has an interest. It could be anything from sports to fashion, food to the latest K-Drama.
- Celebrities can also afford to go fangirling should the opportunity comes.
- “It’s Showtime” TV host and actress Anne Curtis is no different.
- She’s also a certified K-Drama fanatic just like everyone else. And she’s not afraid to show it.
Her ultimate love for K-Drama didn’t seem to sit well with some of her social media followers. Others find it ‘baduy’ for their favorite actress.
This prompted Anne Curtis to ask her followers who don’t share her fascination for K-Drama to unfollow her instead. Anne vented out a bit on her post. Since it’s her own account, she believes that whatever she shares on her social media, her followers had to respect it.
Anne Curtis recently vented on her social media account because there have been fans and followers who didn’t seem to appreciate her fascination for K-Drama.
Anne is just like everyone else. She’s bitten by the K-Drama bug. She even dreams of working on a movie with her greatest crush, Gong Yoo of Goblin and Trip To Busan fame. Viva Films’ big boss, Vic del Rosario might just make Anne’s dream to come true.
Anne wrote on Twitter: “Everyone has their own kdrama or Kpop fan girl/boy journey. This is mine…so please don’t ruin it for me. Kamsahamida.”
Anne continued: “Ok. I just have to get this out of the way. For those who find my kdrama fangirling baduy, OA, annoying, or feeling ang daming alam…kindly hit unfollow na lang instead of hateful comments. Your only a handful or konti pa lang kayo that’s commented but it’s still bothersome. Hindi ba dapat the more the merrier?”
” Bakit kailangan ng hate? I’ve only just begun which means I’m NOT stopping anytime soon. I will continue to tweet, IG stories, or go GAGA over any series or movies I watch. Kasi ‘yun ako, yung ang happiness ko. Everyone has their own kpop or kdrama fan journey. So please don’t ruin mine. I’m not judging anyone else’s fan girl life. So PLEASE don’t judge mine. It’s such a happy place that brings so much kilig and positive feelings. Haengbog lang tayo, ok? Kamsahamnida.”
In the end, Anne pleads to the fans to respect her love for K-drama.
In the vernacular, it can be summarized as “walang basagan ng trip.”
