They say when it rains it pours. Despite of all the bashing she had received from being highly opinionated, singer Aiza Seguerra still feels blessed because she’s recently appointed by President Duterte as an MTRCB appeals committee member.
Aiza was previously appointed as the National Youth Commission Chairman.
Her life partner, beauty queen Liza Diño has been previously appointed as the chairperson for the Film Development Council of the Philippines.
Aiza and Liza are just two of the celebrities who are given positions by the Duterte administration.
Singer and former child star Aiza Seguerra had been known to be a staunch supporter of President Duterte even before he won during last year’s presidential election. She was previously assigned as the National Youth Commission [NYC] Chairperson.
But recently, President Duterte appointed Aiza to become a member of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board [MTRCB] Appeals Committee.
President Duterte had signed Aiza’s appointment paper last June 14.
Aiza will be representing the NYC in the appeals board of the said government agency.
Aiza was also the third Duterte supporter during the campaign period that was appointed and given a government position. The two others who were given their respective government positions were Mocha Uson and Dennis Padilla.
