Lotlot de Leon finally had her life-long dream realized when she reunited with her biological family in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.
The actress shared her experience as well as photos of her bonding with her family on Instagram. She had yearned for this moment in the last 45 years of her existence. Her biological dad, Donald Lee Olson, sisters Dawn Olson Evans, Myria Olson Dufresne and Donna Olson Bennett were all present.
Lotlot shared: “There are not enough words to express how happy I feel…To my sisters Ate Donna, Dawn, and Myria. Thank you for taking your time to see me. Thank you for being wonderful and so loving. I have loved all of you even before I met you.”
Lotlot captioned her family photo as “It was the best two days [of her life].”
Lotlot searched for her roots and she came to meet her dad first in 2009 when she visited Donald in Chicago. In January of 2013, Donna met Lotlot in the Philippines. It was also the year when her dad visited her in the country.
Lotlot was legally adopted by veteran stars Nora Aunor and actor Christopher De Leon. She grew up with siblings Matet, Kenneth and Kiko with Ian.
She was previously married to actor Ramon Christopher whom she had four children and is now engaged to a Lebanese guy.
