Kris Aquino might be starring in a Hollywood project, but some suspected that the Queen of All Media will be playing a minor role.
The rumor was spilled by one of the sources of Abante Tonite who is based in California. According to their source, Kris was not the only one Filipino who auditioned for the project.
“I heard, pitong Filipino ang nag-audition, hindi lang ako sure kung mga sikat na artista, theater actors o mga kasing-edad ni Kris lahat or for the same role,” according to Abante Tonite’s friend.
The tabloid also revealed, “‘Yung nakatsikahan kasi namin, nasagap din lang ang tsikang ‘yon sa isang may alam daw tungkol sa ‘deal’ ni Kris sa nasabing Hollywood movie.”
And although Kris’ role in the film is only a minor character, Abante Tonite revealed that she was searched by the production to be part of their upcoming project.
According to Abante Tonite, “Kung sino-sino raw mga taga-‘Pinas ang kinontak para makausap si Kris at makapag-audition siya roon.”

In the end, writer Jun Lalin said Kris might get a coveted main character soon. He wrote, “Knowing Kris, hindi na niya kailangang mag-effort para magpapansin dahil always siyang pansinin.”
