- Gerald Anderson renews his friendship with ex-girlfriend Kim Chiu
- He says it takes time but they’re really getting along now
According to Gerald Anderson, he is now maintaining a good friendship with former lover Kim Chiu. Their teleserye, “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin,” paved the way to get the two close again.
“Kaya kong sabihin genuinely at totoo na kaya ko pong makipagkaibigan sa ex ko, at dahil po yun sa show na ginagawa ko.
“Sobrang blessing nga siya dahil nagkaroon ako ng chance para makasama ko ang ex ko,” says Gerald.
Kim initially made the same remark on a previous press conference. She shared that the walls between them finally disappeared through time.
Gerald agreed to this, “Genuinely, talagang nagpapakatotoo ako sa inyong lahat, talagang tinatanong ko siya tungkol sa buhay niya, nagkukuwento ako sa kanya tungkol sa buhay ko.
“Every time na magkasama kami, nangangamusta kami.”
Though things are now cool with Kimerald, Gerald admitted that it wasn’t a smooth ride. Before they got to this point, they both went through a lot.
“Kaya talaga. But it takes time,” he said.
