Alyssa Quijano was the one who broke up with lesbian partner Charice Pempengco as stated by the ex-couple’s closed friends, according to Abante article by Jojo Gabinete.
Apparently, Charice’s cancellation of her 10th anniversary concert on 24 March 2017 gave Alyssa an urge to end their 4-year-old relationship.
The controversial lesbian singer supposedly suffered depression when her live-in partner reportedly left her.
It could be recalled that the 25-year-old singer’s record label, Star Music, released a statement saying that “Charice: End of a Chapter” was cancelled due to singer’s “personal problems.”
But, according to the article, someone whose following Charice’s career contradicted the statement of Star Music. The source said that the cancellation of the singer’s concert in KIA Theatre was due to poor ticket sales. With over 2,000 seats, only less than 100 tickets were reportedly sold prior to the concert.
Despite of the singer’s misfortune over her love life and career, Charice Pempengco still has her mother’s support, as Raquel Pempengco defended and gave her supporting message.
