Kapamilya shows winning on daytime, challenging Kapuso shows on primetime.
In the latest numbers from AGB Nielsen NUTAM People’s ratings for April 26 – 28, 2017, two Kapamilya daytime programs showed winning numbers versus rivals.
ABS-CBN’s cute-serye “Langit Lupa” ended on a winning note beating direct competition, “Trops”. “Langit Lupa” on Friday April 28, had a finale ratings of 4.9% good for rank number 7, 0.8% higher than ranked number 10 Trops with 4.1%. “Langit Lupa” was replaced by Kimeralds reunion teleserye “Ikaw Lang Ang Iibigin”.
Meanwhile, Kapamilya’s latest prime tanghali teleserye “Pusong Ligaw” is winning in all fronts. After getting off to a good start and taking social media trends by storm, “Pusong Ligaw” surged to the number 3 rank on Friday April 28. “Pusong Ligaw” scored 6.0% to beat “Legally Blind’s” 5.5%. Can ABS-CBN keep up with this new found success in afternnoon programming?
On primetime, inspirational serye “My Dear Heart” had again overtaken the AlDub teleserye “Destine To Be Yours”. “My Dear Heart” on Wednesday April 26 climbed to number 3 spot with a ratings of 9.6% beating 4th ranked DTBY with 9.5%. The 2 programs tied on Thursday with 9.6% and DTBY gained back the lead on Friday with 9.2%.
“Encantadia” and “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” continues to exchange leadership with “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” leading Wednesday and Friday with 12.0% and 11.7% ratings respectively and “Encantadia” leading on Thursday with 12.3%.
