Ever since Thea Tolentino became part of AlDub’s first-ever teleserye “Destined To be Yours,” she has received numerous reactions from netizens, especially those who support the love team of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza. In fairness to Thea, she’s really an effective third wheel for Alden and Maine.
Her character can be very annoying but as an actress, she’s great.
Playing the role of Trish, Thea’s character makes a dramatic come back and will she attempt to steal Benjie’s (Alden Richards) heart from Sinag (Maine Mendoza). Opposite Sinag, Trish was raised in a refined family, ergo manifests poise as is usual among girls from a well-to-do families. She was Benjie’s first and only ever loved, but she broke his heart. Trish cheated and left him for another man during their college days.
We all know that Thea is just doing her job as an actor but there are still some fans who can’t understand and bash and tweet her as if personally, Thea’s really breaking the AlDub love team.
Among the thousands of tweets bashing her for being included in the AlDub teleserye, one Twitter user caught her attention.
Thea replied, “Sige. 👍🏻 Para patas tayo, aayusin ko diction ko at ikaw naman, aayusin mo ugali mo. Para parehas tayong mag-improve ano?”
Thea ended the conversation with another tweet: “Hiding their faces kaya ang lakas ng loob. 😪”
May this serve as warning to those who bash celebrities without any sense and just because they feel empowered thinking they’re anonymous. Seriously!
