Judy Ann Santos surprised the media at the press conference of the third season of “Bet on Your Baby”. The Kapamilya actress was noticably lean after giving birth in 2015.
So, what was her secret for her faster weight loss?
“Of course there’s diet. There’s proper eating. Hindi siya diet na starvation. It’s diet according to my workout program, low carb-high protein diet.
“Three to four times a week na workout. Lots and lots of water. Natural sugars that you get from fruits, vegetables, honey ganyan,” she revealed.
The 38-year-old then revealed that her bashers are one of the reasons on why she feels motivation to trim her body.
She further explained, “Alam mo naman ang bashers sampu-sampera ‘yang mga ‘yan. So kung may isa mang nagawang maganda ang mga bashers sa akin, ma-liban sa motivation ay binigyan nila ng ibang klaseng elemento ang workout ko ngayon. ‘Yung, may ibang texture pala ito kapag may gusto kang i-tag.”
The host has lost 33 pounds on her weight after giving birth to Luna, her second child with husband Ryan Agoncillo. However, according to Judy Ann, she still needs to lose some weight to achieve her desired type of body.
