The Philippine Rice Research Institute (PhilRice) has launched a new design for its FutureRice Program!
This time, PhilRice features the two generations of Cardo in “Ang Probinsyano”—Coco Martin and Fernando Poe, Jr. (FPJ)—in its paddy art.
The faces of FPJ and Coco can be seen on the farm located in PhilRice’s central experiment station in Maligaya, Science City of Muñoz.
This is not surprising since “Ang Probinsyano” consistently beats its rival show “Encantadia” in TV rating games.
Additionally, prior to the fantaseries’ debut on television, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” ended many Kapuso shows, making it one of the most-successful Kapamilya shows in the past 10 years.
Plus, Coco Martin’s popularity has kept on rising. In fact, his latest film, “The Super Parental Guardians”, with Vice Ganda holds the record for the highest-grossing Filipino film of all time, with box-office sales of over P590 million.
With this new milestone, Coco Martin is undeniably one of the most-sought actors in showbiz industry today.
