Good news to all loyal Kapuso viewers! One of the most successful Kapuso game show is going to return soon on TV.
“Celebrity Bluff” is sure to return of television soon still with Eugene Domingo with her new partner and Master Bluffer Edu Manzano. In fact, the two will start taping for the pilot episode on April 27.
Irreconcilable differences between Eugene Domingo and Jose Manalo teared down “Celebrity Bluff?”
Contrary to the original plan, “Celebrity Bluff” will remain a weekly show, not a daily (Monday to Friday) program.
Three contestants will attempt to outsmart one another by answering questions and performing challenges which will make them advance to the jackpot round where the winning contestant could take home a big amount of cash and other cool prizes.
“Celebrity Bluff” mechanics: For round 1 (Unahan), three contestants will answer the questions correctly to earn cash points but the celebrity bluffers, also known as GangNam, will help, confuse or trick the players. Two contestants who accumulate the highest amount of cash points will advance to the next round (Salpukan).
In Salpukan, the remaining players will perform physical challenges to earn cash points and must outplay the opponent. The contestant with the highest points at the end of round 2 advances to round 3 (Sagaran), one question will be asked the bluffers (GangNam) wherein they have 6 choices, 4 of which are correct answers.
The winning player will then decide if he/she will accept or ignore the suggestion of the bluffers. Each correct answer is worth Php. 25, 000 and if the contestant gets 4 answers correctly, he/she could bring home One Hundred Thousand pesos (P100,000) and have the chance to move on to the All the Way or No Way bonus question where the player could win a whopping half a million pesos.
