Aside from her family and some close friends, Angel Locsin celebrated her 32nd birthday with film producer Neil Arce. Neil was among the personalities who attended the private event, he was even caught on video handing the actress a bouquet of flowers. He was also beside Angel when the actress was presented with her birthday cake.

On his own Instagram page, Neil posted a picture of him with Angel where he greeted the actress a happy birthday. “Happy birthday Gel! Amazing what 7 years of friendship has done to us! Excited to see what’s next,” he wrote.
On the said photo, Angel called Neil “bark” and said, “Thanks bark! 🙂 you made my day extra special”
Rumors of Angel and Neil dating started when the two were photograph with friends during a holiday break in Hong Kong.
Both camps remained tight-lipped about the issue but Angel confirmed in a previous interview that she’s now seeing a new guy after her failed romance with television host Luis Manzano. Neil’s ex-girlfriend Bela Padilla also confirmed that the former is back in the dating scene again.
