Ronnie Alonte denied rumors that he was jealous about Joshua Garcia and Julia Berretto’s love team pairing.
Recently, Joshua and Julia became the center of attention when their slow dance video went viral in social media.
In an interview, Ronnie stated that also went to Julia’s birthday party. “Andun ako, humabol ako. Galing kasi ako sa isa pang event,” he said.
The Hashtag member clarified that he was not jealous over JoshLia love team.
The 20-year-old admitted, “Para sa akin wala kasi unang-una naman sa ‘Vince and Kath and James’, sila naman talaga ‘yung love team eh. Third wheel naman talaga ako eh.”
He also explained that he doesn’t see any problem whether he will be given a partner in a project or not.
“So una pa lang tanggap ko na hindi man ako ma-love team dito okay lang. Para sa akin, kahit sino ang i-love team sa akin at bibigyan akong trabaho, gagawin ko po.”
He then stressed, “Hindi po ako nagseselos.”
Meanwhile, Ronnie said he is very happy with how people patronize his on-screen partnership with Julia. The two are part of the primetime series “A Love to Last” which stars Ian Veneracion, Bea Alonzo and Iza Calzado.
“Sobrang saya sa nangyayari sa ‘A Love to Last’. Sobrang ganda ng feedback ng mga tao at ng mga nanonood. So, sobrang happy ako,” he said.
Moreover, Ronnie revealed that he is working on the horror film “Bloody Crayons” and a romantic-comedy flick scheduled within this year.
