Liza Soberano’s name is trending once again, courtesy of noontime show “Eat Bulaga!”.
A Facebook page called Filipino Vines uploaded an old footage of the show’s segment Juan For All, All For Juan. Soberano could be seen holding sachets of a popular shampoo brand.

The 19-year-old actress was even pushed outside around by other contestants who were trying to get giveaways.
The tween Soberano back then signed up with GMA Network in 2010 under her real name Hope Soberano. However, after just one week, Soberano decided to withdraw from the network.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News in 2014, the now-successful actress admitted, “After ko mag-sign sa GMA, tumawag ang Star Magic.”
The young actress explained that she “didn’t feel at home” when she signed up with the Kapuso Network.
“S’yempre gusto ko kung magtatrabahao ako, masaya ako,” she said.
The “My Ex and Whys” star also stressed that she really wanted to sign on ABS-CBN back then.
She confessed, “Hindi ko lang na-feel. Kasi dati pa lang, ABS (CBN) na po ang pinapanod ko, so gusto ko talaga (sa) ABS (CBN).”
In March 2013, Soberano was launched as one of the 12 new ‘discoveries’ of Star Magic, along with Julia Barretto, Janella Salvador, Jerome Ponce, Jane Oineza, and fellow “Forevermore” cast member Kit Thompson.
It seems like Soberano has no regrets after transferring to ABS-CBN after all. Now, she is one of the most-sought after actresses of her generation.
