Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre was crowned the Favorite Pinoy Star at the recently concluded Kids’ Choice Awards.
On March 13, Nickelodeon announced Nadine’s victory after garnering the most number of fan votes.
The 23-year-old bested other nominees—fellow Kapamilya actresses Liza Soberano and Janella Salvador and Kapuso actress Janine Gutierrez—thanks to her fans who voted for her through Nickelodeon’s official website and through Twitter and Facebook using special hashtags.
Nadine was the third Pinoy celebrity and the second Kapamilya star who was awarded by Nickelodeon.
