Actress-host G Toengi and Blogger Mocha Uson had engaged on a heated social media war once again.
On March 9, Mocha posted her rants on Facebook over her Twitter account suspension. The 34-year-old accused the ‘yellow team’ as the primary suspect of her account’s suspension without asking the moderation team on Twitter.
In the midst of her account’s supension, a hashtag #MochaUsonIsOverParty trended on Twitter Philippines.
However, Mocha’s account on Twitter went back in the afternoon of the same day, resulting of her rejoice in social media.
Mocha then urged her bigoted followers to go to Twitter to celebrate her account’s restoration. She even encouraged her fellow DDS to use the hashtag #LeniTrolls.
The controversial blogger was greeted by mostly newly created accounts; some of them are one-day-old.
This was the time Mocha caught the attention of G Toengi.
The actress tweeted Mocha as she was beyond her boundary on bullying Vice President Leni Robredo. Her tweet received whopping 700+ retweets and 3,000+ likes.
She also advised the blogger to “get a real job instead of creating vitriolic division between Pinoys.” Again, her tweet received over 1,100+ retweets and 2,900+ likes.
Mocha then responded to G Toengi by saying that she and her team are the one who spreading fake news. However, she didn’t provide any evidence.
On her next tweet, Mocha claimed that G Toengie disregards the good news brought by Duterte administration because of her “blind hate” towards President Duerte.
Both of Mocha’s tweets were neglected by Twitter netizens as it failed to make an impact on Twitter. Thanks to the newly created accounts that supported her rants, she still enjoyed less than 400 likes and 800 retweets.
As a finale, G Toengi, posted a witty tweet with a hashtag #MochaFloppe on her official account.
This was not the first time G Toengi and Mocha argued via social media. On January 24, the two had an argument about Mocha’s questionable credentials of being a board member of MTRCB.
G Toengi also shared an article of Cristy Fermin that says Mocha is just a nuisance in MTRCB.
The Fipino-American actress was not the only celebrity who calls out Mocha for her hateful posts. DJ Mo Twister, comedian-reporter Ogie Diaz, actress Dionne Monsanto, musician Jim Paredez, radio commentator Jobert Sucaldio, actor Edgar Allan Guzman, Pia Magalona, among many others also expressed their distaste to dogmatically bigoted former sex guru.
