Since they were formed in 2016, many people believed that BoybandPH would conquer the Philippine music scene with their charismatic personalities.
In fact, it was proven when their debut single “Unli” simultaneously reached the number 1 spot on Myx Daily Top 10, Pinoy Myx Countdown, Myx Hit Chart and MOR Pinoy Biga10 on February 29.
The physical version of their extended play (EP) of the same name was also sold-out hours after it was released on January 28 and January 29 on their Grand Album Launch. Meanwhile, the digital release of their EP was also successful as it topped the Philippine iTunes Top Album Chart on February 9.
On February 28, their Valentine single “Someday” also topped MOR Pinoy Biga10.
Also, the music video of “Unli” has reached 1 million views on February 20 – an unprecedented achievement for a Pinoy boyband.
And now, along with “Your Face Sounds Familiar”, BoybandPH has just received a Silver Play Button token from YouTube for reaching 100,000 subscribers on their official channel.
It is indeed a very fruitful first-half for BoybandPH this 2017. Fans can expect a lot more from Russel Reyes, Ford Valencia, Tristan Ramirez, Joao Constancia and Niel Murillo as they will held their first ever concert on May 6!
