After the controversial departure of Karen Reyes from Girltrends, another member confirmed that she had left the all-female group.
On her interview with talk show Gandang Gabi Vice, Loisa Andalio finally announced that she left the group to join ASAP’s BFF5.
Andalio hinted that it was a decision of management. The 17-year-old also confirmed that her fellow Girltrend Maris Racal was also a part of BFF5.
Last month, their fans expressed their sadness on social media about the rumored departure of the two rookies from Girltrends.
On January 27, Racal hinted that she had left the It’s Showtime group.
“One year of dancing with you girls was fun,” she wrote.
Andalio, on her part also tweeted about her obvious exit from the girl group. She then said on her tweet: “I had a lot of fun dancing with you girls. I’ll miss you girltrends! sobrang daming masasayang memories.. I love you girls, lam niyo yan.”
Meanwhile, BFF5 surprised their fans on February 26 as they performed Jessie J’s “Masterpiece”on ASAP.
