Julia Montes on January 30 denied that she is moving to GMA Network after the end of her series “Doble Kara.”
“Honestly never sumagi sa isip ko from the very start,
“Siguro, noon naisip ko na tumigil mag-showbiz pero hindi lumipat. From the very start never kong naramdaman na napabayaan ako ng network. So wala, hindi po sumagi sa isip ko,” Montes said in an interview after the farewell press conference for “Doble Kara.”
Montes announced that she will be starring in another series with Dreamscape Entertainment.
“Pagkatapos ng ‘Doble Kara’ diretso na. Magsisimula na kami ng mga meeting, at kung ano ang dapat gawin, dire-diretso,” she said.
Asked what her next role is all about, the actress said, “Personally na e-excite ako kasi bagong ako,” she said about her next project… Hindi lang po sa role. Physically, emotionally ang dami kong kailangang pag-preparahan para doon sa susunod.”
The longest-running afternoon series is set to end on February 10. Montes invited fans to watch “Doble Kara’s” last5 episodes as the series becomes more intense and exciting.
