GMA Netowk and actress Ara Mina settled their misunderstanding after weeks of being “cold” to one another. It will be recalled that the Kapuso actress posted her rants on her social media pages. The post was presumably refers to the delayed airing of GMA’s afternoon series “Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa,” where she played as a mother.
The Kapuso network had a talk with her and things were now okay, however, GMA management requested Ara to issue an apology. Thus, the actress apologized via her Instagram on January 28.
She wrote: “Last January 6, 2017, nag-post ako both on Instagram and Facebook na gusto ko nang mag-quit sa isang project. The said post called the attention of the prod staff of Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa and the bosses of GMA-7.
“Nagkausap na kami ng mga boss at nagkalinawagan na rin. May mga concerns lang talaga ako that needed to be ironed out. However, I also want to apologize for my action of posting my emotions on social media. Alam ko madami sa inyo ang na-bother at nag-worry and I truly appreciate your support. Everything’s okay now.
“Thanks to the bosses of GMA-7 for understanding me. Peace to all.”
“Pinulot Ka Lang sa Lupa” started airing on January 30. During their press conference, director Gina Alajar described Ara Mina as a good actress and wished that everything would be settled between the actress and GMA.
Now that their everything is fixed, Ara Mina can now work again with GMA without disinclination.
