Newest Kapamilya teleseryes fairing good in ratings game and rival evening programs still on switching mode for primetime leadership.
ABS-CBN’s latest teleserye “Wildflower” and “The Better Half” were off to a good start penetrating the upper bracket of daytime rankings. Based on the latest AGB Nielsen NUTAM survey for February 13 – 15, 2017, “Wildflower” which debuted on Monday February 13 registered at number 4 with 13.2%, just 0.3% less than timeslot rival “Wowowin” which is on 3rd place with 13.5%. “Wildflower” is Maja Salvador’s comeback primetime teleserye shown before TV Patrol. Can “Wildflower” eventually surpass “Wowowin”? Will its good start last long or will it eventually lie low?
The “Better Half” on the other hand was also in fighting form. It debuted in number 6 with pilot rating of 12.0% tying with rival Kapuso afternoon drama “Hahamakin Ang Lahat”.
“Ika-6 Na Utos” remains daytime top notcher for 11 straight days as of the latest survey.
Meanwhile on primetime, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” and “Encantadia” were again on a push and pull movement as they switched leadership again. “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” held the top spot on Monday and Wednesday with 23.0% and 21.9% ratings respectively leaving “Encantadia” on a runner-up position with 22.4% and 21.6% ratings. “Encantadia” on the other hand assaulted the top on Tuesday registering a ratings of 23.0% making “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” the number 2 program with 21.4%.
