Seems like the beaming and dazzling star Kris Aquino is now slowly fading after she left the Kapamilya network.
On January 16, at the press conference held at the compound of GMA network, GMA SVP for Entertainment Lilybeth Rasonable answered some of questions regarding the return of the Queen of All Media on their network.
When asked about their plan for Aquino’s new show on their networks, Rasonable clarified that she still has no idea about it.
“Hindi ko pa alam… [TAPE] ang nagma-manage sa kanya so wala pa kaming naririnig na ganya,” she said.
On September 12, 2016, Aquino confirmed that she indeed left the Kapamilya network. She also confirmed the rumors that she was working with APT’s Tony Tuviera.
However, on October 11, 2016, Aquino said that leaving ABS-CBN was her “fault” as she “overestimated” her worth.
“It was my fault. I could still be there now. I was stupid… Siguro that time, akala ko pagbalik ko may space pa. I overestimated my worth,” Aquino said during her first public appearance since she went on hiatus in June 2016.
“I miss them. I miss the work. I miss what I knew. I miss the daily conversations…” she added.
To put it briefly, will Kris Aquino regain her relevancy as an artist? We’ll never know.
