Venezuela. Adorned with pearls as inspired from a tribe who traded pearls with Christopher Columbus, the Venezuelan delegate is a goddess in her costume. Heavy to carry but it has shown how the blue and white colors are both cool and beautiful when combined. As if she brought a sea-kingdom onstage.
Philippines. With so much buzz on the country’s representative due to bashing; Maxine Medina’s overhyped headdress—it still made it to one of the best in national costumes in this year’s pageant.
