Jim Paredes rants on Twitter about a lawmaker’s proposal to impose so-called vanity tax on cosmetic products.
The former Apo Hiking Society member expresses his disappointment through Twitter. While satire news and fake memes continue to infiltrate the social media, he humorously suggests that the government should impose tax on idiocy and stupidity.
The controversial “vanity tax” was proposed by Ako Bicol party-list representative Rodel Batocabe.
What is your opinion about the “vanity tax?” Is this the end of hygiene in the Philippines?
