At his press conference on January 26, comedian Vice Ganda responded to criticism that he is influencing rookie child actor Awra Briguela to embrace homosexuality.
The “It’s Showtime” host said that there is no required age for homosexuality. “Wala kasing edad ‘yun.
The comedian was saddened that many Filipinos still do not understand homosexuality due to limited education and different beliefs.
Maraming factors ‘yan.
“Mahabang usapin [ang homosexuality] eh. Kailangan mo talagang i-explain sa kanila. Dapat talaga ang Pilipino ay ini-educate,” he added.
Vice Ganda and Briguela has starred in the record-breaking film “The Super Parental Guardians.” The comedian also announced that Briguela is one of his guest on his upcoming Valentine concert “Pusuan Mo si Vice Ganda sa Araneta.”
