The Unkabogable star Vice Ganda’s latest movie offering, “The Super Parental Guardians” grossed a whopping ₱75 million on the first day of opening.

Considered the most successful debut of any Pinoy film this year, Vice didn’t take the credit for himself but dedicated the opening day to the late Direk Wenn Deramas.
In the comedian’s tweet, he was sharing his success to Direk Wenn. He also thanked the director for preparing him. He also said that he hopes he is making Direk Wenn proud and happy. Vice also said that he misses the late director.
“I share this success to you Direk Wenn! Thank you for preparing me for this day. I hope I’m making you happy and proud. I miss you Mader!” tweeted Vice.
It can be recalled that Vice Ganda and Direk Wenn have worked on blockbuster movies like “The Unkabogable Praybeyt Benjamin” and “Beauty and the Bestie.”
The Box Office director died on February 29 this year due to cardiac arrest. He was 49.
