Seven months since she bade goodbye to viewers of “Kris TV,” Kris Aquino is ready to make her TV comeback with a one-on-one interview with no less than the President Rodrigo Duterte.
The sister of the former President Noynoy Aquino made the announcement on Instagram that the interview will air on TV5 and PTV on Nov. 11 at 4:30 p.m.
“7 months of not hosting on TV. I promised myself, babalik ako for a once in a lifetime, one on one interview,” Aquino wrote.
Last May, Kris announced her retirement from showbiz due to health concerns. Few months after, Aquino also revealed that she is set to do a project with APT Entertainment, Inc., which is closely associated with rival GMA Network. Last month, she admitted that she has been crying for three weeks now because of what’s happening to her career. She expected that she will have a new show with GMA Network this month but it was delayed because the network has still no timeslot for her new show.
