Jake Cuenca confirmed that he and now ex, model Sara Grace, ended their relationship for the second time.
In an interview with PEP, Jake said: “Yeah, we broke up.”
“Nagkabalikan naman kami for about 3 months. Sinabi ko naman—kahit noong nag-guest ako kay Tito Boy —we’re trying. This is our second breakup and, I think, this is the final one,” he said.
It was in December 2015 when Cuenca and Kelley first called it quits. Last June, they were spotted kissing on a beach, prompting fans to say that love is sweeter the second time around.
