ABS-CBN’s “Magpahanggang Wakas” and GMA Network’s “Alyas Robin Hood” both aired its pilot episodes yesterday (September 19) on same timeslot on primetime.
“Magpahanggang Wakas” serves as Arci Muñoz and Jericho Rosales first team-up together about the story of how love will try to transcend the test of time. Meanwhile, “Alyas Robin Hood” tells a story of a lower-middle class lawyer played by Dingdong Dantes who will be accused of a crime he did not commit. In his quest for truth, he will also be able to help those in need.
NATIONWIDE
“Magpahanggang Wakas” won over “Alyas Robin Hood” in nationwide ratings released by Kantar Media. The Arci-Jericho starrer scored 25.1% over 19.3% of Dingdong starrer teleserye; difference of 5.8% in favor of “Magpahanggang Wakas.”
Meanwhile in AGB Nielsen’s National Urban Television Audience Measurement (NUTAM), “Alyas Robin Hood” edged out over competition with 0.6 margin. “Alyas Robin Hood” got 10.1% while “Magpahanggang Wakas” received only 9.5%.
URBAN LUZON
“Alyas Robin Hood” prevails on GMA Network’s bailiwick Urban Luzon with 21.3% TV ratings versus 17.2% of ABS-CBN’s “Magpahanggang Wakas” with 4.1% difference in favor of the Kapuso show.
