From 240 cinemas on opening day, additional 80 cinemas were opened to accommodate more Pinoy moviegoers this weekend for “Barcelona: A Love Untold.”
The KathNiel movie raked ₱23,000, 000 on its opening day on Wednesday (September 14) and is expected to gain more this weekend.
Tagged as the Biggest Cinema event of 2016, “Barcelona: A Love Untold” is the first full-length feature film of Daniel and Kathryn since their smash hit “Crazy Beautiful You,” and their first project together since their top-rating primetime series “Pangako Sa’Yo” concluded early this year. In “Barcelona,” billed an unusual tale of love, Kathryn and Daniel showcase their mettle and intensity as serious dramatic actors.
