Kapuso actor Dennis Trillo was honored on Thursday (September 8) at the Seoul International Drama Awards 2016 held in Seoul, South Korea.
Dennis bagged the Asian Star Prize, a non-competitive award, for her work in the drama show “My Faithful Husband,” which co-stars her rumored girlfriend Jennylyn Mercado.
On Instagram, he thanked the Kapuso Network, the staff of “My Faithful Husband,” and of course, he dedicated the award to Jennylyn. He said, “Hindi mangyayari ang lahat ng ito kung hindi dahil sa aking Kapuso network, sa lahat ng mga sumubaybay sa “My Faithful Husband”, sa aming mahusay na director na si @direkbinibini, sa aking magaling na manager @popoycaritativo. At siyempre walang Papaw kung wala si Mamaw 👫@mercadojenny salamat sa inspirasyon at pagmamahal💚 sa diyos ang lahat ng kapurihan, maraming salamat po🙏☝🏽️”
He also shared a selfie photo with “Descendants of the Sun” star Song Joong Ki on Instagram and captioned it with, “Dennis with Korean superstar and lead actor of Descendants Of The Sun, Song Joong Ki. This is for you @super_janice #SongJoongKi #DescendantsOfTheSun”
