With the help of Benny (Pepe Herrera), Cardo (Coco Martin) was able to capture at least two of the dog butchers responsible for dog fights and selling dog meats in their area.
Since last week, “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” tackle the issue of ‘Azucena,’ still rampant even though it’s illegal in our country. The process is a clear violation of the “The Animal Welfare Act of 1998” or R.A. 8485, which states that the killing of animals other than cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, poultry, rabbits, carabao, horse, deer and crocodiles is illegal.
