2. The Plot:
The movie will revolve around Ely, a young man who can’t get over Celine, his past love, and Mia, a young woman who escaped from a painful past in the Philippines and is trying her luck to rebuild her life in Spain. The two will eventually meet and fall in love and try to overcome the hurt of the past to have a future together, as suggested in the movie’s plot.
3. Expected to leave classic lines.
Aside from taking lessons and workshops on their Spanish language, the full trailer shows Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla as Mia and Ely respectively, throwing lines that seem to be classic ones-in-the-making.
Ely to Mia: “Stop acting like you know my pain. Stop acting like you own it! Hindi ikaw si Celine! And you will never be Celine!”
Mia to Ely: “‘Wag mo akong mahalin dahil mahal kita. Mahalin mo ako dahil mahal mo ako. Because that’s what I deserve.”
