A lot of our readers are asking about the latest earnings of “Imagine You & Me” starring Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza since left and right, they’re saying it’s a blockbuster movie. The producers of the movie APT Entertainment and GMA Films have only released one official data, and it’s on it’s first day which is ₱21M, nothing more.
When asked by PEP thru text, GMA Films’ President Annette Gozon-Abrogar opted not to disclose the figures, “APT would rather not disclose kasi the figures.”
There are numerous claims from different fans of AlDub. It was reported that an AlDub fan group claimed that the movie “Imagine You & Me” already reached ₱337.6M in only four days, which was debunked already when an insider told the press that the movie got ₱120M on its first week. Both are obviously unofficial.
This blog Spikedaily even claimed that the movie grossed an impossible ₱420M in just 11 days. If you know math, basing on the history of box office in the Philippines, first day will always be the highest gross and it will decline in the coming days.
Until there’s no such official gross of the movie “Imagine You & Me,” fans can only imagine… Sky’s the limit!

Directed by Michael Tuviera, “Imagine You & Me” also stars Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Irma Adlawan, Yayo Aguila, William Martinez, Luis Alandy, Elijah Alejo, Cacai Bautista, and Cai Cortez.
