KathNiel fans all over the world are growing.
Eversince the retelling of “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” aired in 31 Kanal in February, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, known as the phenomenal loveteam KathNiel, captured the hearts of the viewers in Kazakhstan.
In an online poll conducted by 31 Kanal’s official Facebook Page, Kathryn and Daniel’s “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” characters Yna and Angelo respectively, bested as the most loved teleserye pair beating local pairs in Kazakhstan including Savash and Yasmin (Love and Punishment), Yertugrul and Halima (Yertugrul), Манаф and Арчана (Киелі неке) and Alexander and Maria (Parents).

KathNiel’s TV series “Got to Believe” was also dubbed in Kazakh, as with the Liza Soberano-Enrique Gil starrer “Forevermore” and Zanjoe Marudo and Jana Agoncillo’s “Dream Dad.”
31 Kanal, owned by Russia’s leading independent TV and media group, CTC Media, is one of the top TV networks in Kazakhstan with 14.8% audience share — a record figure for any television channel in the oil and gas rich central Asian state.
