Coleen Garcia topbills her first “MMK” episode as she plays the role of a rebellious daughter who became an alcoholic and eventually suffered from mental illness this Saturday (July 23).
Pauleen (Coleen) is the daughter of Bernard (Joey Marquez) from an affair out of wedlock. She was still a baby when her father left her under the care of distant relative Loling (Loli Marra).
Many years passed and Bernard has already moved on with his life together with wife Melda (Alma Moreno) and their children. Until one day, Loling knocked on their door and returned Pauleen to them. According to Loling, Pauleen became an alcoholic and was also suspected of using illegal drugs after she learned that she was just adopted.
Bernard saw this as an opportunity to correct the decision he reluctantly made and finally be a father to Pauleen. However, even under her care Pauleen seemed to revert to her old behavior and as Bernard realized, maybe even worse.
Will Bernard find the appropriate help for Pauleen? Will Pauleen recover from her ill-state?
