Few hours after his tweet, the parody account of TV5’s head of the News and Public Affairs department, Luchi Cruz-Valdez tweeted, “Let us recount the VP votes as well as the number of victims of Martial Law.” with hashtag #NeverAgain. Luchi the Parody’s tweet was not a direct reply to Sandro’s.
Last night, Senatorial candidate Walden Bello asked Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos, Jr. to “recognize the facts and formally concede” to Liberal party Vice Presidential bet Leni Robredo.
In a text message to ABS-CBN News, Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez said they cannot issue an official statement since there is no official request of recount yet from Marcos’ camp.
