Stop the hate. Sofia Romualdez is a misguided minor and her mom has already apologized.
The family being the basic unit of society should be properly attended to before one goes out to meddle with the concerns of the bigger community. Teenager nowadays doesn’t think before they act. Sofia’s act will surely be forgiven but will not be forgotten for most of the people especially the supporters of Leni Robredo. Unfortunately, this event will be forever a part of her digital footprint.
Newly proclaimed Mayor of Tacloban City, Cristina Gonzales-Romualdez apologized for her daughter’s tweet that contained expletives against Rep. Leni Robredo. We’re not against anybody here but what our country need now is cooperation from everyone so whoever wins, please support each other.
Cristina adds, “SINCE 20 years ago when i became a christian i hv never said any bad word since. PRAISE GOD! But am praying fir my daughter and other youth like her let us be good examples to our Children n the next genaration. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL”
In fairness, I salute the mom for not condoning her daughter. But I still believe that she seriously needs to discipline her daughter. It’s not good to see a 16-year-old girl humiliating the future VP of the Philippines and using swear words. A simple sorry would not do it.
