Just what happened in the 1997 film originally played by Fernando Poe, Jr., the Carmen (portrayed by Bela Padilla) character died last night when she found a way to escape and Tomas (portrayed by Albert Martinez) caught her and shot her dead.
It was an emotional ending for her character’s exit in the story.
Bela had been part of the show since since the very beginning and it’s very hard to see (as a viewer) one of the most loved character of the series bidding goodbye. But that’s really the story.
Though she knew she was going to be written off in “Ang Probinsyano,” Bela still became emotional during the ABS-CBN live chat last night.
Bela shared her sentiments to her followers on Twitter and to all the fans of her character. “I can’t bear to read all your messages tonight as I don’t want to cry tonight…I’ll reply tomorrow ❤️thank you all for loving Carmen 😘”
The question now is, will there be a new character on “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano?”
