Kris Aquino also received the title “Queen of Philippine Game Shows” or “Game Show Queen” especially as the two game shows she hosted were a positively received mainly with the now defunct ‘Pilipinas, Game KNB?,’ Philippine franchise of ‘Deal or No Deal,’ and Philippine franchise of ‘Wheel of Fortune.’
An episode of “Pilipinas, Game KNB?” on Youtube where you can find other clips of the show which was later hosted by Edu Manzano.
Amidst the moniker of “Game Show Queen,” success of her earlier game show didn’t reflected in ‘Pilipinas Win Na Win’ that ran only for about five months with co-hosts Robin Padilla, Mariel Rodriguez, Pokwang and Valerie Concepcion.

“Happy Ghost” is about a young woman’s dog that made a deal with the Happy Ghost (Raymond Wong) to become human for 44 days in which after, he must go and be reincarnated. Kris Aquino, who was aged 21 when the film was released, played the role of Kathy – the love interest and owner of the dog ‘Magic.’ Happy Ghost V originally ran in theaters from August 8, 1991 to September 4, 1991.
Given the ‘Pinoy Pride’ mentality most Filipinos have nowadays if this film was released on a contemporary day, there would probably be a huge chunk of the population that would cheer for her as it bring fame and recognition to Filipinos.
