As summer gets hotter, the battle for TV ratings continues to get even hotter. On Monday February 29, ABS-CBN premiered its newest feel-good Teleserye “We Will Survive”. The Pokwang and Melai starrer Teleserye immediately entered the top 10 of Daytime programs but fell short to beat rival “Wowowin”.
According to AGB-Nielsen survey for the week of Februry 29 – March 4, 2016, Mega Manila households still prefer Willie Revillame’s variety show versus the light dramedy teleserye of Pokawang and Melai “We Will Survive”. Wowowin continues to hold its 2nd spot ranking following the consistent daytime leader Eat Bulaga!.
Meanwhile on primetime, LizQuen’s romantic teleserye “Dolce Amore” has finally conquered its timeslot beating rival Kapuso Show “That’s My Amboy”. On the survey week, Dolce Amore consistently beats That’s My Amboy getting as high at number 2 rank just below fellow Kapamilya teleserye “Ang Probinsyano” which continues to be the unbeatable primetime program in Mega Manila.
Here are the top 10 Daytime and Primetime shows with their comparative ratings from February 29-March 4 based on the survey by AGB-Nielsen on Mega Manila households.
