GMA Network’s latest Thanksgiving Party and Trade Launch also served as a mini-reunion for the cast of this great show. Present on the photo are (left to right) Joyce Ching, Hiro Peralta, Barbie Forteza, Louise delos Reyes, Bea Binene, Kristoffer Martin, Alden Richards and Derrick Monasterio. Missing on the photo are Joshua Dionisio, Jake Vargas, Lexi Fernandez and Marlo Mortel which is now a Kapamilya.
“Tween Hearts” is one of GMA Network’s hit TV series which ran for two years (September 26, 2010 to June 10, 2012) with 87 episodes all in all. The series follows the lives and loves of a close-knit group of teenagers through the fictional Westridge high school. The series’ universal theme for all ages transcended into tackling more complicated issues, complex character dynamics and exciting tandems – from first loves to first heartbreaks, from “fitting in” to peer pressure, from bullying to how broken marriage affects the teens.
