The King of Philippine Primetime Teleseryes Coco Martin is the most popular right now. Before his career was a merry go round of network transfers.
He started his career in ABS CBN as member of Star Circle batch 9. Then transferred to GMA Network and made several appearances to the highly popular afternoon show Daisy Siete with the Sex Bomb girls. He was also a part of “The Studs”, a group of boys created by GMA Network.
But when Indie film started gaining public attention, Coco Martin is one to jump in the indie bandwagon. He was critically acclaimed in several of his movies and was even dubbed as the Prince of Indie Film. Many of his indie films have delicate subjects and in some he had played sexier and daring roles. If you think he was doing a good job of being “Paloma” in “FPJ: Ang Probinsyano” then you should watch some of his daring early movies.
