“TV Patrol” featured a video clip last February 15, which partially showed how Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano celebrated Valentine’s day.
Quen (Enrique’s nickname) surprised Liza with an adorable Shih Tzu puppy as a Valentine’s Day gift. He carried “Mickey” in a basket decorated with royal blue ribbons and interrupted Liza’s make up session before a show.
Liza’s first reaction was to blurt out, “Oh my God, is that real?“. Enrique laughed and said, “Yeah, this is real, Why?” Liza playfully threw a tissue at Enrique.

Quen said that the puppy’s name is Mickey. Liza couldn’t help but cry as she thanked Quen. Then, she patted the dog who seemed to have taken an instant liking to her. Liza cried some more, covering her mouth with her hands. She was visibly touched by Quen’s gift.
Enrique comforted Liza, placed his arm around her shoulder and tenderly kissed her on the forehead.
We are sure a lot of fans must be jumping up and down, bursting with joy when they witnessed the said video clip.
With a teleserye titled “Dolce Amore”, which premiered also last February 15, we expect Liza and Quen to be more comfortable with each other, especially since it will be another love story. As to when that love story transcends from reel to real, only time or perhaps only fate can tell.
As to Mickey, the Shih Tzu, we wonder if he knows just how lucky he is to have one of the most beautiful girls in the world as his owner.
