ABS-CBN shows and personalities dominated the 2016 Platinum Stallion Media Awards organized by the Trinity University of Asia.
In the awards night held Wednesday, February 3, 2016, ABS-CBN shows and personalities bagged the top honors for Film and TV including the Best TV Station.
Action Drama Teleserye “FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano” was awarded the Best Primetime Show while “Umagang Kay Ganda” was named the Best Morning Show. Failon Ngayon wins the Best AM Radio show and Bandila was given the Best News Program.
For Movie, Star Cinema’s “A Second Chance” was awarded Trinitarian Awardee for Film while Dawn Zulueta gets the Best Film Actress award for the movie “A Love Affair”.
Meanwhile, the phenomenal AlDub loveteam of Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza was awarded the Trinitian Awardee for Male and Female Advertisers respectively.
