It has been reported on Cristy Fermin’s article at Bandera that “Wowowin,” hosted by Willie Revillame, will become a daily show and will go to barangays like “Eat Bulaga,” the most popular noontime show of TAPE Inc. airing at GMA Network.
Just like “Eat Bulaga”, “Wowowin’s” goal is to help common people by giving away more prizes by visiting various barangays nationwide. Not ordinary prizes, but the kind that will change the lives of the people.
According to the report, so many “Wowowin” fans have been asking about when the show will officially become a daily show. There is no official announcement yet from the host Willie Revillame, and even from the show itself.
Bandera’s source says that “Wowowin” will be shown daily in Canada starting January 25, 2016. This information was posted by GMA Pinoy TV. For the audience in the Philippines, there’s no set date yet. But at least the new time slot of the game show is out already. What is known for sure is that Wowowin will be shown before GMA Network’s prime time news program, “24 Oras”, and it will be aired from Monday to Friday.
Some people are definitely happy about the new time slot of “Wowowin” because the show helps a lot of Filipinos. Currently, it’s aired every Sunday. They say that it will be a great addition to GMA Network’s daily noble shows. What better way to reach out to Filipinos who are in need? After “Eat Bulaga” that changes the lives of the poor in the afternoon, “Wowowin” will continue the happiness and share the blessings in primetime.
This is a first! Only in GMA Network will you see two shows that aim to give us better lives. The new “Wowowin” time slot is applauded by fans as “Wowowin” is true to their words, that the show’s foundation is the people who need and support “Wowowin”.
